It is just as important to make contact with each other within this most ancient of named families which occupied the Eastern part of Britain in the 6th century, and became among the founders of Angleland - England, but also this family had a history in Europe much earlier, giving the reason for the roots of the Horn families to be in most European countries today.
They held the family name Horn while Kings had only a name and/or nickname, Ethelred the Unready, Edward the Confessor, Edgar the Aethling, and Edmund Ironside and so on. Due mainly to the fact that sons very seldom succeeded the King, but the Horns certainly did through the centuries to this day.
